We would rather fix a mistake than defend it. Here is how to flag one and how we handle it.
How to report an error
Email our corrections address, listed on the Contact Us page. Tell us the page, the exact sentence or figure you think is wrong, and what the correct information is. A link to a primary source, such as an operator's terms or a regulator page, helps us act faster.
What to include
- The page URL or title
- The specific claim or number in question
- What it should say, in your view
- A source we can check, where possible
How we handle it
We review every genuine report against a primary source. If the claim is wrong, we correct it. If a correction changes a ranking or removes an operator, we note what changed and why in our internal record, in line with our Editorial Policy. If a claim turns out to be accurate, we will explain why we are leaving it in place.
The operators shown on this site are layout placeholders. If you spotted a factual-looking claim about a specific real operator anywhere on the site, please report it, because this build is not meant to contain one.
Timing
We aim to review correction requests promptly, but we do not promise a fixed turnaround. Clear reports with a source are the quickest to resolve.
